Doesn't your truck have the fitting under the bumper trim for the towball already or is that not high enough rated for what you need?

Morning mate, Yes it has a hole, and you can remove the rubber,step. However, I know people tow on those bumpers, but I have no idea what the true load rating, and capability or capacity is. I have a light garden trailer to tow occasionally. But also this thing, and though the loaded tongue weight is under 50kg and it has a braked chassis, I just don't know if it really can do the job safely without turning the rear bumper into a pretzel.
