I haven't touched the car for a long time now. I have had a bit of a bad time with low mood and seem to have lost my energy since a bereavement. I go into the garage have a look and then shut the door. I have a load of new panels for the arches both inner and outer. New service kit not fitter. Car needs paint after doing arches and a bonnet repair. Needs bushes on axle but these are included. In two minds to sell. These are only going one way in value. Have a look at the thread. See what the feel is. Might sell for a fair offer or just padlock the garage door and leave it in case I get better next year. Cheers for looking forum.retro-rides.org/thread/215643/1985-bmw-e30-323i-door

Take your time, things will change for the better and you will get your mojo back. It's a lovely looking thing and well worth keeping. These early cars will be well worth the time and investment.
Leave it for a while and when ready tidy it up and drive it about as a rolling resto should you not gel then sell it. You won't loose anything.
It's only a few years until it's a historical vehicle then it will be cheaper to run and probably more valuable.
Kindest regards Raz

Thanks Raz. That's nice of you. That does seem to be the consensus. I will leave it where it is for now and maybe just have a look at a small task over winter. Best wishes Jed
