Everything apart from the bottle was present. It had all been installed, but never actually completed (no bottle)
I have no use for it so i removed it from the vehicle.

As i know virtually nothing about nitrous, I'm probably not going to be able to answer your questions. Maybe use the wizards of NOS website?
Anyway, it all basically unused, just been on the car a few years.
