Here we are, my first post on this forum...
This is my 83' Triumph Acclaim CD in opaline green (now silver due to paint fade), with 60k miles on the clock, which I won on a late night eBay auction on the 2nd of July 2021 (also my first car).
Bought as a non-runner, suspected it was a faulty fuel pump, but soon realised all it was in need of was a distributor change.
The car now goes like the clappers, just probably not as fast...
I've been spoiled with the luxuries of electric windows (3 of which actually work), head rests, a brown velour interior, and a fully working cassette radio!
The car is not perfect, and probably won't ever be... but I still absolutely love it!
I have big plans for this car which I hope to make possible and achieve in the future.
