Can anyone help me find a promo for a cartoon about cars that came out about 5-10 years ago?
It was very anime style. Think it was a bad guy being chased by police at night. He pulls into a parking spot at the side of the road turns all his lights off and then when the chasing cars passes by he sits there turns the car back on and speeds off, Pretty sure he was also smoking a cigar. I want to say there was a guy standing on top of a building taking photos of the event as well?
I remember seeing it and thinking it looked badass. Never saw anything come of it after that and it's been driving me mad trying to remember what it was called. I know my description is rubbish but someone may know what I mean.
