I’ve always had a itch to scratch ever since owning my 1 st avenger back in the late 80s,and if I don’t do it now I never will So I’ve decided to sell a few of my toys to fund it It will be powered by the 760 turbo Volvo engine that we have developed in the s2000 that I bought without a engine on this very forum The s2000 has now been redistributed via eBay I will update with pics as I go I got it back in March  |

Started with stitch welding the shell Very satisfying job And cut out strengthening plates with the plasma cutter   |

 Picked up a 4ha axle got a new old stock power lock diff and new bearings also new 427,1 cwp |

Also had some fun fitting Clio 4 pots and 280ish mm discs as I want to run 15s I would possibly got 300mm disc under there but I can always play with that another day Arches and rear quarters in primer     |

The axle is a whole project on its own 😂 I’ve learnt a lot building the diff and cwp set up had to buy a few pullers and inch llb torque wrench but very satisfying When the cwp mesh nicely and preload is set Got some xr3i discs and to Calipers for the rear so more fabricating 👌   |

Bought a door bar kit from demon tweeks , Nice and easy to assemble Put a few holes and used a dimple die in the gussets   |
