Take a tired '71 VW Type 3 'Squareback', and build it in a gasser style. This is where it gets cool, though.
Instead of going the traditional V8 route, builder Ron Howe stitched TWO 2.3 litre VW motors together to create this monster 350bhp air-cooled 4664cc flat-EIGHT.
I mean, just look at it, dammit.
It's just perfect, right? I'd happily rock that as-is.
Well, now it's painted. Just WOW.
