I have decided that it is time to part with my Hillman Minx (again)
This car has been brilliant, we brought it out of the barn where it had spent quite a few years, put it back on the road and then sold it after a few years... then bought it back again.
It has a few issues that I am just not getting around to sorting. The exhaust needs changing, NOS exhausts are available or you could make one up, I tried to do it with clamp together sections but it doesn't work well enough to use.
The switch panel is currently removed, I may get to this before I sell it or you can take it as is, I replaced a light switch as the lights would flicker, so a new switch has been fitted, but not put it all back together yet.
I drove it in the summer when we got rid of the council garage it was stored in, drove okay but carb probably needs some fine tuning.
To get a better understanding of the car I would recommend the long read through the thread in my signature, loads more pictures and history.
The car is very solid, a few bits of rust around the front grill area, but a very useable car with a little work.
