I am selling off a small collection of model cars that I have accumulated over the years. Reason being, I could do with making some room, while the potential income would be handy to put towards my current full-sized projects! All models are boxed, but I'll list the condition of each one below.
Eight Corgi Models:
Vanguards 1:43
VA05408 – Morris Oxford Series VI, Deep Pink
VA07006 – Sunbeam Alpine, Seacrest Green, Pre-Production Prototype, XRW302
VA12900 – 1990 Audi quattro 20 valve Mk2, Nordic Blue Metallic, 1990 (NLA)
VA10813 – Ford Capri Brooklands 280 (NLA)
All in the box, but Capri has a small crack on the top of the display case and the quattro has slight wear/damage to the top of the box.
60th Anniversary Limited Edition 1:43
VA10505 – Triumph TR7 V8, 1978 RAC Rally, Tony Pond/Fred Gallagher
VA09519 – Ford Escort Mk1 Mexico, Diamond White (NLA)
VA06712 – Triumph Spitfire MkI, 1964 Alpine Rally, Terry Hunter/Patrick Lier
All boxed and in good condition, but Escort has very slight fading to the outer box.
Motoring Memories AA Road Service
61210 – Morris 1000 Van
Still boxed and in good condition.
I also have three Italian models: Now-Ray brand (48579) 1989 Alfa Spider and (48419) 1968 Mercedes-Benz 280SL, both 1:43. Merc is missing the mount to screw it to the base of the case. Also Collezione Classico 1955 Ferrari 750 Monza, still in box and in good nick.
Finally, three random VW models: 1:43 Burago 'Street Fire' Volkswagen New Beetle Cup, still in box, but box slightly worn/plastic dented. Majorette VW Beetle and VW Tramsporter keyring, both boxed and in decent nick.
I'd much prefer to sell them all as a job lot, so for the sake of putting a price, I'll say £90 for everything pictured. Collection preferred, but delivery can be discussed. I think this is a fair asking price, as the decent Corgi models are £25-30 on their own (corgi.co.uk), while some of these are actually NLA.
I'll stick to that for now, but should people really want any of the more expensively-priced models on a single-car basis, I could be open to reasonable offers.
I can be contacted by PM on here or via email – mg261285AThotmailDOTcom.
Many thanks,
Matt
