Long time reader. I haven't posted in yonks but now I can finally contribute with my new Datto
A few months back I bought myself a 1975 Datsun 120Y (otherwise known as a B210 2 door coupe, some say 2 door sedan).
It starts and runs but doesn't stop. Originally the car came with an A12, the previous owner fitted an A14 fitted to a B310 gearbox and stanza struts.
It seems pretty solid with most of the car there. It just needs a bit of a tidy up and connecting what's already there (fuel lines, brakes) plus a new exhaust system.
My plan is to get it running and legal so it can be registered and enjoyed. While using it I'll work out what I want to do next. The paint is rough but I kinda like it. I'd love to get it sitting low but not sure which direction to take just yet.
