Here is my Mk3 Capri 2.0l S model.
I have owned her for a few years now, new style v5 in my name.
When I got this one it needed a hell of a lot of welding, not unusal for a Ford of this erea!
It runs and drives nice and is sound mechanicaly, although some ancillerys have been removed temperoraly now for the restoration work.
Mint interior which is amazing how it has survived so well!
Full set of alloys with a spare too.
New front screen here plus rubbers etc.
Very nice, desirable colour- Nimbus Grey.
I have stripped the car down, removed glass and interior etc. It is all complete- just boxed up at present.
I have had the car with a local welder/ fabricator for a while now- and he has just about finished it- we went the whole hog- new floors, inner sills, valances, arches etc...
It is about to leave his workshop now, and will be finished in terms of all welding and fab work, and undersealed or stone gaurded etc too.
I am short on space at the present time, so thought I would offer it up as is before I try and 'find' more space!
Basicaly it needs paint, most of the prep has been donme, then re-assembling- which is a pretty quick job and as straight forward as it can be with a Capri!
Looking for 6k in this state, if it doesnt sell then I will paint it, finish it then sell on.
Located in Hertfordshire- I can help with transport if needed.
These photos were before and during the time I was stripping it down ready to go to the welders shop.
Thanks, Matt
