The brakes on dads 1933 Ford Speedstar are awful. They barely get up to temperature and squeal like mad.
From what I can tell the car was made in 2005 and the pads have a production date? on them of 2002, so they are too old for my liking.
I can tell the calipers are Wilwood 4 pots, Dynalite Billet's if my guesswork is right.
Here is where the problem lies, it's a 'race' caliper so the pads in it are designed for high performance and heavy braking / fast driving.
Although the 33 has a 360bhp Ford 302 fitted I find it almost terrifying to drive fast on anything but a perfectly flat road.
Can anyone identify the pads and calipers and suggest a fast road, rather than race suited pad.
Thanks Tom
