Have we had these yet? 3 of my favourite american cars such awesome ideas and curse word a lot of V8 muscle car owners off. Buick Turbo GMC Syclone GMC Typhoon All were capable of <5 secs 0-60 times and high 13s/low 14s 1/4 mile times straight out of the showroom. A few small tweaks and you're in the high 10s/11s and with a lot of money 8s/9s. They're both turbo'd V6s. The Buick is rwd the GMC's are 4wd. The buicks also launch like this on a stock floorpan which is always a bonus. And how they look stock And an awesome typhoon Matt

I likes em ! Is the Buick a Skylark ? used to love seeing these at Mopar NATS... Don't see so many now... John Sleath's Syclone was VERY quick - until it had a slight accident...

Please note the Sy/Ty motor had NOTHING whatever to do with the GN motor. One was a Chevy lump, the other a Buick. TOTALLY different motors. The intercooling system was different as well.
In fact, the only thing in common between the Sy/Ty and the GN was black paint.

GN always a favourite of mine, along with this: I`ve always assumed the cars were closely related, being the same shape, both GM and both Turbo`d V6, but is the MC as quick? Difficult to find any actual figures other than HP.

Difficult to find any actual figures other than HP. Same body series. The Monte got the Bu V6 T for a 2-year optional powerplant. Same power potential as the identical engine in a GN.

As we don't have quite the number of Mopars in the UK it's open to all Muscle cars. I'll sling some pics up if nobody minds a bit of thread hijacking.

I'm wondering how they can form a contraction out of the words "European" and "Nationals". Do europeans consider themselves to be of the same nation now?

Though i think it's more of a case of getting more cars/people to the show.

1989 Peugeot 205. You know, the one that was parked in a ditch on the campsite at RRG'17... the glass is always full. but the ratio of air to water may vary.
