I'm interested in some Golf KR parts on eBay that are collection only; they are in Wickford, Essex. The auction ends Saturday 15 Aug 2PM. If someone can collect the lot for me if I win and post what I need of it to Bath (I'll pay for postage of course), they can keep the parts I don't need if they want. That'll be amongst other things a gearbox, a clutch, wheel spacers and timing covers.  |

What specific KR parts are you after? I have most things apart from the head and inlet manifold from an engine i started to yrs ago, then found there was a blow channel between 2&3 i could fit my finger in... (engine still pulled like a train...)

The parts I need most "urgently" at the moment are rubber air intake elbows, a warm up regulator and an auxiliary air valve. I have all the parts I need for my project, but they're in NL at the moment, so a "dummy" WUR and AAV will do for a mock-up, i.e. 8V or 16V both fine and it doesn't even matter if they work or not. |
