Hey everyone, You may have seen my previous threads on here, stanceworks or E38 (Lupo and 6N), with my Polo on the back burner for now, and my lupo now sold on, i decided i needed something simple, boxy, and a generally uncommonly modified car to be my next daily. Well, this ticks all the boxes.    Wonderful isn't it? 1.6 AEE engine (MK3 Golf/Polo 6N Engine), 50k miles, 4 wind up windows, a removable dashboard lunchbox, what more could you need? Sourcing some coilovers now, as it's pre VW (last ever car that was all Skoda) it's a bit of a mission. MK1 Focus / MK5 Escort coils up front, with generic VW coils on the back (ideally MK1 Golf as they are shorter) Few simple plans for this one, nothing too OTT. Just a clean decked daily. |

It was a very hard decision, very sad to see it go, but it was just a dead weight to me unfortunately, had lost all interest in the car and it was money just sat there that i wanted to put towards something else! Car is still local to me however, so i see it all the time hahaha, E28 Hunt is still on, i'm not rushing it however as i really want to land on a good one. Dream car so finding the perfect one is a must hahaha |

Hi all! Finally got around to doing some work on the felicia. Ended up going with MK5 escort front coilovers, and 6N Polo rears.  Fronts were easy enough, had to sand down the shock towers a little so they fitted into the hubs, but other than that it was no issue!  With the rears on, it was evidently clear to see how low this car can actually sit. Unfortunately, i need to engine and gearbox raise it first, which is a fair job and the gearbox is hung on a mount rather than bolted on top like with a polo/lupo. Engine side is very simple, but with 10mm of road clearance, i can't run it fully decked just yet.  Incredibly surprised with how well it drives considering it's still very very low, i've never owned a static car that feels this nice!  In other news, here's my new wheels for it. A fitting replacement for my RM's   Will fit 8J on the rear with some very slight camber, about 1.5 degrees is all i need.  |

Love this! My dad used to own a white one and it was actually probably one of his most reliable motors. Can't wait to see it with the wheels on!

Love this! My dad used to own a white one and it was actually probably one of his most reliable motors. Can't wait to see it with the wheels on! They're genuinely so good! I did not expect this to be as good as it is by a long shot hahaha! Will be putting them on soonish |

Arch line is completely different to the hatch as i've recently discovered, which might explain why less people bother. Love this car to bits tho,it's wicked |

Been driving it around for a week or so now, this works really well as a lowered car. Speedo drive is still playing up, 1 or 2 other small things i want to ammend but minus that it's mint.    Had to raise the front for now due to the engine and box being so low, but the door line is flat meaning i've got no chav rake! Only realistically want to go down another 15mm at the front just to close the gap some more! |
