1960 Ford F100 LWB Styleside (fleetside) Pickup.
Bone stock.
California import 4 years ago.
I'm the first registered owner here in the UK.
All duties paid, Nova cleared, V5c in my name.
Have all relevant docs including California title.
Registered Tax & MOT exempt.
223 straight six with 3 speed column manual shift.
Very very original truck.
Never been welded.
No bondo.
Chassis, cab floor, bed, tailgate, doors, etc, incredibly solid.
The original paint (Sky Mist Blue) is still under the primer which does rub off.
Obviously the California bleached through patina wont.
Original unmolested dash & uncut doors.
Original bench seat, backrest great, base is covered as drivers side is torn.
Engine runs smooth & doesnt smoke.
New dual exhaust system.
Electric fuel pump but otherwise stock.
Starter & Dynamo was replaced in the States.
Holley single choke carb is an original replacement.
Clutch & gearbox is fine.
Shifter rods re-bushed.
Brakes rebuilt with new shoes, Cylinders & Hoses.
New Kingpins, Wheel bearings & Seals.
New shocks all round.
Original steering box fully rebuilt with new gears, bearings, etc...
Uses the stock fuel tank as its still good.
Body is all original.
All body lines are good.
Windows wind ok, Quarterlights work, Doors lock, Tailgate hinge & chains all good.
Heater & demister works.
None of the chassis, body, bed, bumper, etc have been cut or modified (apart from holes for door mirrors previously).
The rear wheels are reverse rims so I have a couple of spare fronts to go with it.
There are a few faults as to be expected with a 60 year old farm truck.
Like one of the handbrake cables has frozen, the main beam switch is faulty, the screen has a crack at one end & obviously the body isnt 100% straight.
But if you study the pics youll see just how straight it is from end to end.
Ive got loads of pics of the truck, including underneath & even a couple from its last owner in California.
