Here is a concrete pre-fab or sectional garage.
Rough sizes are 2.9 M wide, 5 M long.
Front garage door is galvanised steel.
Side door fitted and a window too, (I personally would replace).
Very nice style- fake stonework instead of just plain concrete slab sides.
These garages are very quick and easy to dismantle, transport and then put up again, basically concrete panels bolted into steel framework- all you need is a base, and a few basic hand tools!
The roof is sheets of asbestos (the less harmful white corrugated sheets) this is all original.
IF BUYER WISHES THEN THE ROOF CAN BE TAKEN OFF PRIOR TO COLLECTION AND THE ASBESTOS CORRECTLY DISPOSED OF, THEN THE BUYER CAN REPLACE THE ROOF PANELS FOR CORRUGATED STEEL, OR TIMBER ETC.
Buyer is responsible for collection and for dismantling the garage themselves (It tends to be easier for the same people who dismantle it, put it back up again- just a big jigsaw puzzle!)
I can potentially dismantle it all and transport it for the buyer at their cost- but ask me before the auction end with your postcode to get a quote from me.
Ideally needs to be collected within a couple of weeks after auction end.
No time-wasters please.
Immediate payment or deposit needed at auction end to secure it.
Collection from Ware, Hertfordshire.
Advertised for a friend.
Any questions are welcome.
Thanks, Matt.
