Graffiti artists in Essex - want to do a coffee shop?

There is a new coffee shop that has opened near my office in Chelmsford - Does bloody good coffee which is always a good starting point!- and they are looking for somebody to be creative on the bare concrete walls. They would prefer somebody local as it is that sort of place.
