	my son a plaster he came home one day and said his mate at work got mk1 graadafor sale,like a fool i went to have look,like a idiot rembering the sweeney it was mine,sold my cortina to buy it,rock solid never been wieled love colour scheme roman bronze with tabbaco roof and lovely 70s interior, its needs adeep clean polishing going to get the seats valited and got 4 new shockers go on it,and a fanbelt pobaly need new tyres look bt effie to me but apart from that goes like new car,and its quick my mates to blame he had mk1 granadas still got his estate so more pics when got time do work nd clean it lol,

	done the front and they look like this they might be the original shockers anyway i have changed them,the backs are the same and snapped two bolts hold them down,so walked away,am off for 2 weeks over xmass,i will have to drill them out and retap them,just another set back thats all,and think its got weak coil spring one side sits bit highier so order 2 new ones,want it ready next year season,

	A brown and beige Mk1 Granada coupe. Ghia. With a brown Vinyl roof. That is almost as '70's as a prawn cocktail. Almost. But is is very slightly more awesome.

	v8 would be better lol,looking foward to next year had retro show at kendal last year hopeing go to that want go to kirby stehpens easter weekend brill last year with vintage trucks and buses not going mad with it just going to be cruiseier and weekend toy,

	Very nice indeed, loving the wheel choice as well! Just be careful of the offset of them. mr on here had a set on his mk2, and they were a tad close to the rear arches

	had bit off free time,so decided to give it bit of a clean,out came the gunk did engine bay,then i washed the car,looks a lot better.was going to tcut it,but mrs wants go out for a walk,but am happy came up quite nice,hopefully in near future can do few jobs that need doing lol,

	been day were should stayed in bed lol,thought i would do the coil springs,flying but the bottom ball joint took me ages to get out,got balljoint splitter it finnally came out.but buthered the castle nut getting it out,look like all balljoints pressed in and track rod ends look all original,so thought replace the lot,likeing the prices £65 full set off balljoints trackrod ends £15 so oredered waiteing for them turn up crack on,don't like leaveing it on the drive but cant put castle nut back on,one side on front was over inch lower so needed doing big v6 bound to ware springs down lol.

	done one side,and got it off my drive,not going to do anymore till got couple off days of can fins it in one go,works had me in every weekend mustin grumble its helped to pay for the parts,looks lot better with merc alloy,lifts it me thinks,its back in its in its lock up,and it sits level thank god,

	There is much better stuff than T cut nowadays. First start with a Meguires clay bar kit (from halfrauds) and clay bar the whole car - make sure its very clean first. Then use waffle pads and go over the car with something like Farecla G10 or 3M Finesse it, it will shine up much faster that T cut and it's water soluble so nicer to use. T cut has ammonia in it and is not great for the paint. I'd then recommend a good wax like this one to keep it shiny. PS, lovely car.
