Telescopic suspension all round, front disc upgrade, 1275 engine triple branch manifold, twin hs4 SU carbs Momo bucket seats from a alfa gt This will be my new daily.

It is everything I'd do to one, already done. I had to buy it. I just don't know wether I want to put some bigger deep dish banded steels on For now I'm just gonna enjoy it. It will really only be used on weekends as I'm a mobile painter for prestige car dealerships so I have my van through the week See how it goes, and how it holds up to motorway journeys is the main one.

Go for the wide steels and standard hub caps, there used to be an almond green woody near me a good few years ago with banded steels and hub caps, they really look good on Minors.

Yeah I need to have a measure, I want the rears really deep dished. And just a little in the front.... eventually. Chrome paint dish with black insert and chrome hub cap
I cant decide on the front, the rear looks perfect in my eyes without bumper, I cant decide if the front needs something more, maybe just a little reshape at the bottom?

Those wheels take the proportions of the car off and make it look like a Citroen 4CV. Interesting.

in the flesh it needed more rim (diameter) and less tyre and just a touch more back set. eye catching none the less.

A less width on the wheels would have stopped them looking like they're fitted backwards. And would have avoided the need to cut the rear wheel arches, which is what spoils the look of the car. It's so slightly off that it just looks odd.

I think a small chrome bumper, something like that from a classic mini, Does anybody know if that would fit? I want just a small but tight fitting bumper to mount a couple fog lamps to... I see this 356 at work all the time and reckon a similar fog lamp setup would look good. upload pngThe mini bumper has a nice shape I'm just not sure it would be wide enough?
