These are genuine 70's wheels and are not modern reproduction. They do come with tires mounted, however these are old and I would recommend you replace them. They hold air (no slow leaks) and have decent tread however. They came on his car when he purchased it and they drove great. He has since got some new wheels, hence sale.
In great sound condition. No rust to speak of. Could do with a respray for show and shine condition, however they are prefectly acceptable as they are.
