This definitely comes under the category of finding inspiration! I’ve got a T4 panel van and I’m desperately trying to avoid the usual styles... (air and wheels or big shiny wheels and colour coded bumpers, nothing wrong with either but I fancy something different!) I really like look of the blocky, plain coloured side stripes that the German and Japanese camper conversions sometimes had in the 80s and 90s. A few examples can be seen here - forum.retro-rides.org/thread/108815/jdm-vans?page=1I’m looking for help, any more ideas, inspiration. Where to buy? I’m guessing a local sign writers would be best. Cheers

While the above van has a great look, surely the one-word answer you're looking for is "Dajiban"!?

Only thing I can add here is an old photo of mine from Forza 4 on the Xbox 360. I used to race this R35 which I covered in dazzle

Following with interest. I have a T4 too (in white) and have often pondered adding some sticky things to break up the never ending white.
I’ve thought about some stripes similar to the converted campers - the T4 has a nice dead straight line down the side. What colour is yours?
I kinda like the idea of some washed out sign writing too

I was thinking about the group B Audi colours, possibly Martini and I weirdly like the old British Gas blue and blue! (Don’t ask me why!) Everything in this thread is completely awesome*. It’s exactly why I read RR so much. The Blazer thing is my favourite. Keep them coming! *with exception of the strangely dressed people.

firm believer in the k.i.s.s and f.i.s.h principles.

I quite like them That Audi Sport LT is what started it for me. I saw one at FOS a few years ago and loved it. I’ve just got to find the right look for my old rot box!

Love that! I'm thinking Martini stripes for mine. I've done the A, B, and C pillars in black, and I've added GTI-style red stripes to the upper- and lowermost slats of the front grille.
