The time has come to sell my Audi

It's a 1972 GL model with the 1.9l engine (112bhp) and 4 speed manual. Tax exempt and MOT until May '20 (I can't see the air ride qualifying for MOT exemption)
Airlift Performance Auto Pilot V2 4 way air suspension with digital controller and 8 presets. (£3k)
Straight through stainless exhaust - very raspy, and pops on overrun which sounds great!
17 Porsche Fuchs replicas, with 5x112 fitment - hubs and drums professionally modded to the new PCD.
Underneath is totally solid and original - not gummed up with black clag everywhere. One of the front wings has been welded at the bottom, but that's the only welding it's had.
Interior is totally standard and in great condition. The dash has cracked, but try finding one that hasn't! There is a small tear in the driver's seat where a key in my back pocket caught it!
A lot of the paintwork looks to be original, although the boot lid and N/S doors have been painted in the past. The front wings have had additional peep mirrors added so they've had a bit of paint too. The paint is worn through in places and there are areas of primer etc on the wings. I'd class it as patina I guess. It looks great though and really suits the car.
The story goes is that it was owned by an old couple and when the husband died his wife kept it locked in the garage for 22 years and it didn't go anywhere, then the nephew got hold of it and sold it on. Previous owner then bought it and had the suspension, wheels and exhaust done.
Mileage is 46k, however the odometer packed up shortly after I got it (common problem) so it'll actually be around 55k. This is believed to be genuine given its history.
I've owned it for 5 years now although it was of the road for the last two due to it needing the brakes rebuilding - and me starting a family and not having time to do it. I finally got round to rebuilding the calipers with new pistons and seals from Big Red, also fitted new pads, NOS rear shoes and brake fluid reservoir. Oil and filters were changed, and a new set of HT leads. I also fitted a rotary fuel pump with correct fuel pump relay.
Prior to taking it off the road I used it as a daily in summer, and I drove it all the way to EBI in Chimay, Belgium in 2015 without a single problem. I wouldn't hesitate to do that again.
There are a few niggles etc, but no major issues. The synchromesh on 1st and 2nd has gone so it crunches a bit - you soon learn to match the speeds though. There is a slightly dodgy earth in the instrument cluster as occasionally the temp gauge will shoot into the red and the fuel gauge over reads by about 1/2. It's not something that's bothered me enough to try and pull the dash/clocks out. The wheels will rub on the bottom arms at full lock when running very low - although you can adjust the height at the touch of a button for parking etc.
Also available via separate negotiation is a heap of spares, including a gearbox, 4 pot calipers (from an auto and in need of a rebuild), 2 front wings, alternator, starter motor, various chrome trims, a km/h dash clock with rev counter, air filter housing, steering column, another dashboard (cracked) and quite a few other interior trim pieces.
Asking price is £9.5k ovno.
I just don't have the time to use it as it should be, and the money could be put to better use.
Located in Newcastle upon Tyne, but happy to drive it anywhere (with a decent deposit and return train fare).
Bank transfer preferable, and if you're paying cash we'll be paying it into the bank before you get the keys.
Any questions just get in touch.
