If his people don't stick to the agreement made after 23 hours of negotiation I'm deleting your entry  23 hrs to decide that your people don't get a "attendance fee" if we don't "charge" for the extra security - Jesus!!! OK so a quick how too on updating your entry with order number and Shelsley Disclaimer details You've got the all important email offering you a slot  Follow the link to pay Then once paid follow the next link to update your entry - Remember your order number  You may have to go thro the log in screen - you do not need to sign up again (hopefully people will remember the email, same one that got the acceptance email) and password (that one's down to you )  Then you should see this - go to the bottom and click on the Retro Rides Gathering 2019 link  That should take you here  Click on your car and you should then see this  Fill in your order number and then below it the disclaimer info required  Hit submit and provided you used the correct format you should see a brief screen like this  And you are all done - see you on the day PLEASE BE AWARE 1. We do not share/sell/trade this info with anyone it's just for the Shelsley Walsh Disclaimer that we pre-fill so that all you have to do is sign and date on the day. 2. If you're on reserves, is this just for dropouts in the run-up or can you be put on on the day?
Is it worth bringing all the stuff required just encase?

Is it worth bringing all the stuff required just encase? i can only go by previous years and in pretty much evey year I used up all my reserves in the run up to the event - we rarely get drop outs on the day but if you haven’t got a space by tge Friday then bring your gear and check in with Mrs gewy aka Gillian in the hut after 9am and give her your mobile - if we have a drop out in the afternoon you will get a call |

Right it's not a normal RRG - honestly I'd done a few of these now and it's not normal at all
- drop outs total just 2 (normally we'd be in double figures)
- my email is like the marie celeste
So work decided to send me to Spain for a few days and I was worried about slotting in reserves......
