July 2020 edit - see latest reply, this is back up for sale with a fresh MOT til July 2021.
Finally putting my Ti up for sale, going to list it out thoroughly as I don't want to hide any nasty surprises for the next buyer but that said, it's still a decent enough car. I've owned it for 2 years and it's been well looked after during that time. Never left me by the side of the road apart from when the alternator died, and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere to be honest. I think I'm pricing it fairly realistically but always happy to listen to reasonable offers. I've tried to show as much as I can in the photos including the bad bits mentioned but if there's anything specific you want to see or ask, just let me know.
Basics:
112k miles - edit 15/07/20 now around 115k
Grey
MOT till 28/06/20 - edit 15/07/20 now MOT'd til 08/07/21
Nothing I'm aware of that needs immediate attention
Wheels/tyres:
Standard 16" alloys, refurbed end of 2017, no kerbing etc, still very good condition
3 x Goodyear and 1 x Michelin tyre, all with 4+mm tread
Bodywork:
Usual bits of rust, has had some welding prior to my ownership - current brown stuff wasn't mentioned on the last few MOTs
A few scrapes, scuffs, and scratches
Rear bumper not brilliant, has a bit of damage on the corner and some chipped paint
Spoiler has a chip
Paintwork on the whole is a bit tired, up close you can see where it's just got the usual swirl marks etc but being grey it hides it pretty well from a distance especially when freshly cleaned
Chip in the windscreen that has been mentioned on some previous MOTs but not others, hasn't got any bigger since I've owned it
Engine:
Idles a bit rough, likes to be allowed to warm up when it's mega cold out
Usual T series oil leak but not excessive, never had to top it up between changes
Makes good power, had it dyno'd 2018 and came out with pretty much bang on stock power at 200bhp and 170ft/lb
Interior:
Not much to say, no rips or tears, no major bad points
Some of the trim could do with re-sticking if you wanted to be a bit more picky
Fitted a new leather steering wheel last year which isn't worn
Set of Rover beige carpet mats in decent condition
Doesn't leak water anywhere
Accessories:
Can come with aftermarket head unit as shown in pics or standard Rover unit, plus has a 6 CD changer under the passenger seat
Driver's side door speaker doesn't work
All windows open and more importantly close, rear passenger side doesn't like going all the way down as the regulator's not 100%, could probably just do with a bit of cleaning and TLC
Sunroof works fine, doesn't leak at all
Remote fob works fine
Spares:
Some bits that could also go with the car subject to pricing/interest such as rear arch panels that I bought but never got done, Forge dump valve that I never fitted, probably some servicing items and other spares
Work done in the last 2 years other than oil/filter changes includes:
Water pump
New A/C condenser
Fuel filter
Spark plugs
HT leads
Ignition coil
Timing belt
Aux belt
Gearbox oil
Gear linkage
Suspension arm
Damper
Clutch slave
Alternator
New rear brake pipes for the MOT this year
Compression test out of curiosity which came out perfect
