I'm trying to find some steel wheels they must be 4x100 and 16"x6" or maybe 6.5" ive found loads of 5x112 16x6's but i cant find the drums/discs for them cheap anywhere for my fastback, whereas i have found a cheap set of brand new 4x100 discs/drums for sale. ive used the retrorideswheelselector but its driving me bonkers on google trying to locate them. any help dudes? thanks

Well, if you COULD get 5x112's to fit, you'd be OK for big steelies as the Mercs are all that PCD. You could grab some 16's off of a C class or something. But then again didn't only a very few VW's have the 5x112 PCD? Is that why prices for drums and hubs are pricey? From the 4x100 list of fitments I'd say a Vauxhall Vectra set of steelies might be the best bet. It lists VW Passat (to 1996) but I'm almost sure they're 5x98 as I bought some for the Benz thinking they were 5x112's! Any decent scrappy should have Vectra steels, and they'd be next to nowt aswell - not 100% sure they're 16's though - could be 15.... a lot of the other compatible cars seem to have little 13 and 14inch steels too

m7 do drilled 5x112 discsdrums that will cost £200
ive found some discsdrums that are 4x100 for £120
i could get my discsdrums redrilled but 'supposedly' its not recommended....i have 2 reports from people that have done loads of these and recommended drilled not redrilled.
i can get 5x112 wheels to fit easy. vw/seat/ford mpv are 16x6 steel with a good et.
5x112 is pretty common too, same as 4x100 but steels seem rare in 4x100 pattern.
i don't want alloys, i love the big steel look....kept black or dark grey.

I think Zafiras have 15inch steels...but the offset will be that annoying Vauxhall-only (40mm) that'll mean they look pants. There's always the Porsche space saver look.
