	Using an older style period font from 1990, I think the new plates look so much better. Hated the ones on the car, with Halfords printed on them. Also got rid of the unsightly screwheads on the rears by sticking it on, and the fronts by placing the screws inside the black letters. The little details go a long way to making me happier.

	aaaah..a like minded soul , i too am bugged by later narrow font plates on older registrations. like you say , its the little things!

	Just searching for Mazda 626 coupes and it's brought me straight back to this thread again 😦 However, a search online suggests someone saved it and put it back on the road earlier this year! Any ideas? I really fancy owning it!
