My friends are selling their Mk3 Elf. I have simply copied their advert to here. Please contact them rather than me for further details and/or pictures.
We are reluctantly selling our much loved Riley Elf Mk3 known as "Felicity". Price £5,500 Ono; Location near Ipswich, Suffolk, England.
Lots of work done over last 5 or so years and is a much loved and cared for classic car.
New sills (proper job, no cover sills as fitted to a lot of classic cars)
New brakes
Holbay engine (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holbay_Engineering) rebuild with Metro camshaft, new oil pump etc
MG electronic ignition (had distributor modified to fit)
Rubber suspension conversion
New clutch
Original radio with aux input
Leather trimmed Wilton carpets
Original Leather seats in very usable condition.
Reverse rims (look awesome) and worth a lot of money for them alone!
21,000 miles (Don’t know if accurate but was off road for a long time so quite possible)
Full Maniflow exhaust with K&N filter and correct needle
Tow bar
Drives really well and always starts first time and is an excellent daily runner.
Only bad bits:
Front edge of bonnet has some rust breaking through, as has the front panel all of which is very normal for this age of car other than that it is very clean.
Rear overriders missing.
Tax and Mot exempt although I have had it MOT’d in July - I don’t like the idea of not having classics tested properly.
Would love this to go to a Riley Elf enthusiast who would love this as much as we do.
