hi, just testing the water here with my mk2 cortina. if it sells then its another car out of the way, if not then i will get it on the road for myself next year!
right, so, 1967 seris one mk2 with the dog-leg gear lever and early features.
1600 deluxe from factory, still bearing its original engine, although now with twin chocke webber and skimmed head.
badged as a 1600 gt, complete with a black gt spec interior in decent nic.
original colour, lagoon blue, realy sets the car off and has had a fresh coat of paint a year ish ago.
very solid car, only ever had minor repairs, hardly any welding been done. all original strut tops etc.
sitting on a brand new set of gun metal grey minilights with new tyres fitted, never seen a road yet.
top spec sound system with pioneer head unit and some great speakers fitted, sub in boot in thats your thing.
think it only has around 70,000 miles on the clock, very well looked after car and has survived remarkably well for a 60's ford.
the car isnt mot'd yet, and has a few last touches to be finished, but car would be fully mot'd for new buyer.
