I had a go, and its rubbish. I'm rubbish. But i missed this one the first time round Starting the drop in the stripe on the front of the door, and a very thin gap between the stripes like on the gold one. Keep it bold and simple, too much up and down with the stripes and its starts looking fussy. The lower edge of the stripes where it meets the rear bumper should be level with the bottom edge of the bumper. Black rear cover, 'Blazer' or 'Bigtruk' writing below rear window on original blazer font, black or white wheels. I thing the bigtrak colour scheme works really well so it would be good to keep it as close to the original as possible.

Well, good luck mate with picking the right design! All these "76" designs look great. After seeing the blue, orange and the green one my choice would Blue 1 Green 1.1 and orange 1.2....It's so close even if you would pick one blind folded you would do well!

Well, good luck mate with picking the right design! All these "79" designs look great. I seem to have been there before when I made this. Having done all the thinking around the graphics, and settling on either the Green Sinclair or Orange 76 Union design, my next question is this. Would you buy this truck, were it painted or covered in vinyl like that.
HONEST ANSWERS ONLY.THANK YOU. ![](http://i294.photobucket.com/albums/mm90/niknakpix/bicycles/BA63BDA1-0E81-4A9B-8136-00885177E822_zpscth6tv2i.png) ![](http://i294.photobucket.com/albums/mm90/niknakpix/bicycles/8433729C-15BB-4231-BE32-5B2659CD22DE_zpsekchrlm0.png)

if I were thinking about moving the car on at any point I'd be looking at classic two tone colours for a wider market....on the other hand,if it's a keeper then BIGTRUK works for me. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) It's too early for big decisions, have a coffee and a sit down...…...

The thing is, if you're doing it to sell on and maybe make a few quid, then leave it white, let the owner who wants to keep it personalise it their way. If you're doing it for yourself to use and enjoy, then paint it however you like. Personally I prefer the Sinclair scheme to the 76 one, but whichever you choose, if you do it in vinyl it's a lot easier to reverse than paint.

And I plan to keep it, one can never have enough cars. Right?? BUT...... I am also not emotionally attached to cars, though Prozac seems to have turned that view a bit. So this is more just seeing what the real world out there sees and thinks when they see something like this. It’s easy when you are spending someone else’s dollar on a forum to say, stick, satin black, chop the roof, without having to live with the result. RANDOM EXTRA ENTRY.Got a photo just now by WhatsApp Hazard a guess as to what it could be...?? Should be in the mail some time this week if the seller/sender can get away from work during business hours. ![](http://i294.photobucket.com/albums/mm90/niknakpix/bicycles/E0BBE708-1B99-4921-9893-83B5BB0651CC_zpsnx4sdcp5.jpg) And yes, I am excited, a vital part of the puzzle, coming together. Thank you seller.

When I buy a car, of course I look at the car but I also look at the seller and how the house presents. Maybe a bit shallow but I normally walk away if the seller looks like a slob and the yard like a wrecking yard. That is in your case definitely not the case, the car and it's owner look well looked after, we would agree on the price all up a good reason to jump. So, all up yes I would buy.

I'm particular sometimes over colours. If I was looking for an American pickup to burble around in, the green Sinclair one would be right up my alley. I would not buy the 76 as I'm really not a fan of that colour combo.
I was convinced that the Bigtruk livery was the way to go, but after seeing that green Sinclair option come up, I am 100% sold on it.
But as ever, do what you want. Never build for anyone else's taste, or you will compromise your own and never be happy with it at all.

Although I like to look at (most of) them, I never would want to own one myself, no matter if white or colorful, sprayed or roller painted or wrapped.
They are quite far in the back of a desirable car list for me tbh.
