hi, i have come to the realisation that i need to let my anglia 105e deluxe go. its been my project this year and has turned into a real nice car, but i wont have time to use it, and need my workshop back!
right, its a '64 year, low owner car, only has around 50,000 on the clock! yes- and the body and interior back this figure up! its had very little welding in its life- only minor bits here and there, and a new wing. totaly original example.
it has had a fresh coat of paint, sprayed inside and out and engine bay etc. (original colour ) i have lots of photos for the new owner showing the restoration process. the roof and side stripe has been sprayed in ermine white and compliments the car.
the car is fitted with a set of banded steels (new tyres) and look identical to lotus steels. these have had a fresh coat of paint before the tyres were fitted, and have a clean set of hubcaps.
i do also have a set of 5 original steel wheels too.
the interior is original, navy blue, survived very well, although 2 door cards do look a little grubby close up. there is new carpets fitted inside and the headlining is in great nic.
all rubbers on the car have been replaced since the respray; door rubbers, screen rubbers, quater light rubbers etc...
chromework is looking decent, not all perfect, but as good i have seen on an anglia for a while. a nice new set of mirrors fitted too (internal and external).
engine wise, I'm about to give it an over haul and get it running. i am also planning on taking it for an mot over the next few weeks and getting new brakes etc.
i am after £6000 or or offer for the anglia in running fully mot'd condition. however i would listen to offers taking it off my hands as is. bearing in mind all the hard work has been done already.
please get in touch with any questions etc.
the car realy is a great example, original, solid and we all know how collectible the old fords are becoming now....
thanks, matt
