Has anyone else checked to see how many stored cookies they've got for ebay? - I've just deleted 96......... Anyone else experienced problems viewing eBay, and the only way to resolve them is to deleted all your cookies? It's probably something to do with the proxy I'm using!

I like long walks, especially when they're taken by people I don't like.

Yikes! I've just checked on my work poota and I've got 753 in total!! What will happen if I delete them? And if I don't will it make it easier for the IT thought-police nazi's to track me down and tear me limb from limb? (OK, slight overstatement. Probably just get a bollocking...)

eBay set hundrens of cookies everytime you acces the site. If you delete them, it'll just create new ones next time you access the site.
What browser are you using?

I think we've had this conversation before! The evil computer nazi's are now having a crackdown on us here..... Stuff like eBay is already a restricted site: if you put it into the browser, it won't find it. If you click a link here on RR for a specific item, then you're "in" and the world's your oyster. Apparently they've now restricted loads more places too. Including Hotmail. Which I can still access just fine. Now, though, stuff like eBay emails (i.e. bid confirmation etc.) gets quaranteened and you can't get to it. Boo! Their system seems to be a bit pants though when it comes to pop-ups. I get loads for online Casino's and Jabbo's poota seems to be infested with porn adverts. Th'internet is a confusing thing.....
