The rear arches choice is an interesting one.... it is always challenging to end up with a design that is “right”.
The usual wide bodies ( Werks Turbo Look or WTL in porsche parlance, in the UK it was known as a Super sport Equipemnt or SSE) use the 930 or 911 Turbo ones such as
And on a targa this looks like....

Now, the pre-74 style body never had these 930 arches: but they had various 911R / 911 T/R and 911 S/T under various 2.3 and 2.5 permutations and obviously the mighty 911 Carrera 2.8 RSR

The big money ticket, considering it’s a pre galvanised 75 model year 2.7 targa in brown, will be selling that thing to a critical German in as original condition as possible and see yourself through the Brexit..... or invest in your pension fund. The backdates have been done since 2005 onwards, and people have thrown skiploads of money at it. With ever tightening legislation, a car as delivered within its Certificate of Conformity will be readily sellable in a LHD EU or GCC ( gulf) market , and the backdated ones will become static garage showponies.....
