I have a 1986 Renault trafic 1.6 T1000 camper and the radiator is leaking.
I've tried a bottle of radweld which didn't work, and I'm having trouble finding a new radiator.
Are there any alternatives which might fit?

I'll pretend I didn't see the Radweld comment; it caused me no end of issues with one car, down to blocked off bleed off pipes which caused no manner of strange cooling issues.
Your choices are as follows, depending on the rad you have.
1) Get a custom item made up; Possibly the best solution but pricey 2) Recore yours. If your rad has copper/brass tanks this is doable and then a great solution. If they are plastic it's a riskier proposition. The rad recorer can advise you here 3) Find a similar rad to go in place; Trickier to do, but possible. Do you have a photo of the existing item?
In this weather I wouldn't chance a secondhand rad. Most old rads will not be as clean as a new one, and the difference in cooling is significant. The 'Radwelded' car I told you about was my 2004 Mondeo V6. Prior to a new rad it would sit between 95-100 on the motorway with the fans kicking in and out all of the time even during mild conditions. With a new rad it ran much cooler! The fans rarely ever kicked in on the motorway again after that.
My Stag was no different. No amount of flushing would clean the rad out. A new rad later and it was spot on during motorway conditions.
It's not the first time I've seen a big improvement with going to a new rad.

Part number's 63850.
