I've still not been able to find a suitable center cap for my wheels (see here), so I thought I'd design one:
It has a cap with a recess to accept a sticker or plastic emblem, a camfer at the rear to make sure it sits centrally and an M6 threaded boss on the back to accept the fixing bolt. It's fixed by a bar (of spring steel?) and an M6 allen-head and washer.
My question: is there an easier way to make one?
