	It's literally the only advantage to cheap facelifts. Works well with the chunky black bumper, looks nicer than the Ital face.

	If I’d known it was that easy I’d have put a Marina grille on the Ital estate I had back in 93. 😀

	Some people would no doubt go to a lot of trouble to cut holes like that in their front panel. The grill looked good with the black bumper, but de=bumpering it did it more favours than most cars.

	Brake pipes made and clipped As is the new fuel line on the opposite side to the old one Bit of tidying and the loom mostly in, not that there’s much of it to fit just coil pack, crank sensor and TPS Knocked up a quick alternator bracket to replace the cable ties Refitted the quality piece of BL plastic that is the dashboard. I fitted the ecu under the glovebox in the end as I thought it was neater than sticking on top of the tunnel

	There’s the problem It now works on a multimeter so should make the gauge go up and down but I bet the seal leaks when I fill it up

	i have one of those vice jaw benders. well, correction, i remember buying one. it existing somewhere is the same as having it ? i like your plan with the plenum. i think people are scared of running air boxes or plenums as they think it hinders flow, but in allot of ways its of benefit

	I always dread the wiring bit but there really wasn’t much to do really and I think it’s mostly all connected now and the engine turns over, obviously it’s all needs tidying but that shouldn’t be too hard. I fancied doing something different this weekend so left the wiring and did some painting But what colour???
