hi,
this started off life as a classic mini cooper, it has now been transformed to hang on a wall as a feature/ art piece etc.
basically its a shell, cut down, and has been sprayed and fitted up with seam trim, lights, glass, handle, indicators etc. realy does look the part!
its easy to install- has a scaffold pole welded the full length, of the car internally. then comes with a fitting kit- compromising of heavy duty bracket hooks, heavy duty coach screws and wall plugs.
simply screw the brackets to the desired height, and a couple of pairs of hands to lift the mini onto them.
internally, the mini is fitted with 5 meters of flexi- strip LED's, controlled via a remote control, with over 16 different colours, plus fade, strobe, and auto transform modes. these led's are super bright, very low power consumption, and realy set the mini off and give it a great backdrop.
this would look great in a dealership, showroom, man cave, workshop, bar, restaurant, games room, garage, office, reception etc. - a bright red mini hanging on a wall realy does draw attention in! i have just hung it from the wall in my workshop to take pics- took me 10- 15 mins to fix up brackets and get the car hanging! and now I'm in two minds weather to sell it or not- realy looks good and draws a crowd around it!
you could even use it as a notice board! its obviously magnetic, and could be a great place to post up calendars, notices, papers etc.
price wise, well its a hard one, nothing out there to compare it to. although after a quick search i have just found a guy on 'car and classic' who seems to be making something similar to order for 5k each! so after the materials and labour that has gone into creating this, I'm going to ask £1500 for mine, but willing to listen to offers....
if you have any questions please get in touch.
i can organise delivery if need be as well.
i will let the pics do the talking now, thanks, matt
