I'm picking up my first Rover 100 tomorrow. Unfortunately the head gasket has blown so rather than fix the 1.1 mpi engine I'm just going to rip it out and replace it.
A local mg breaker has a 1.4 16v engine (out of a ZR 105) available but I just wondered what other parts I'll need to drop this into 100?
Is it worth picking up a set of mgf front brakes and suspension while I'm there?
