Thank you to the Retro Rides team for making our day - and what an amazing show.
I think I fell in love with about 20 cars at the show, and the general population were really friendly.
My son and girlfriend were over the moon to win "Coolest car at the Show" - Goodwood is such a great venue, and the RR people are are breath of fresh air, compared to most car forums where its all about the biggest pockets. Thanks guys

Rightly so. Your car stood out like a really unusual and uber-cool thing in a plethora of unusual and cool things. Well deserved IMHO

Hey Moskvich, well done. A well deserved award.
Your profile description says you're "kinda new". I hope you decide to stick around as it would be great to know more about the car and it's history as well as the future (developments, mods, challenges, etc etc). I was stood there at the awards ceremony so I'm wondering if you are Elvis' mum, dad... or maybe Elvis?
Anyway, it's a great car and it deserved to win so well done and I hope to see a progress thread on here at some point. Don't worry about not having enough words and pics for a progress thread by the way... I've filled about 20 pages with tales of a leaky sump plug. We're not fussy here in that respect.
Well done on the win!

That thing is pretty damn cool. We were the idiots stood behind it when you started it, that was a surprise!

This moskvich, the xj coupe and xkr caught my eye. Is it a Ford bda engine or a zetec?

Hey! It’s a Ford zetec but it has a bda cover for looks. The carbs are from a CBR1000.

Yep, please get a thread up. When I walked past on Sunday lunchtime your lad was in the driver's seat - thoroughly enjoying himself "driving" it! Start 'em young!
