The wing needs rust cutting out , and new material welding in . I will remove the wing from the car and i can deliver it along with the other side that was removed
last year ,this can bev used to fill in with. . I canot find a second hand one aftermarket are tin bean cans . And a new original wing was purchased but very poor quality with no mercedes star stamp on it .So i sent it back and i had to take it further to get my cash back .So in all i am up against this brick wall ...The only other way out is to repair the one i have on my car right now.,.
I live in Kidderminster So the closer the better for me to deliver both wings for repair. Thanks for looking .

At least 3 secondhand genuine ones on eBay. Have you actually phoned or emailed some Mercedes parts departments or dealers.
I've said all this before years ago but it appears you are just waiting for one to miraculously appear!

skky you don't know what i have done,and how many places i have looked in to . I am in 4 other merc forums with wings wanted on them Been looking for ages 3 times a day on ebay .And you will only see one genuine wing.And that one wants the bottom part removing and another putting it its place its a white wing . The seller listed it for me but it wanted work doing to it .And i have one just like it .The rust i need cutting out .The breakers all know i am after one . I send email to 1or2 yards a day .But all rusty after all , second hand they are 29 years old .

After having a slight amount of bubbling now become terrible bubbling (despite getting it treated and repainted) I have seen OP's point. I can at least buy new wings for my M3 but they are £££££. Well, £340 each! For me, it's a shame Mercedes don't do them to the same standard. I got lucky with a passenger wing for my W124. It's in very good nick but many for sale aren't much better than my passenger item. The driver's side on mine is a pattern part and it's now looking much worse than the genuine item; You can see it in my latest shots. Whether it was down to not enough paint being put on is one thing but it does look worse in the flesh the more you look at it. |

Could not believe theres no wings available, so i Bit my teeth in it for a day (cause i'm in bed with a hernia) and there are non available! And I'm good at sourcing parts for older cars! Strange Mercedes does not pick this up....
