So here is a bmw e28 520i in red for sale..
The price is £1200 (which I think is fair)
The location is in herne bay in Kent
160k very little history, but 2 owners since new
Okay so the car.. So I bought this with all the intentions of restoring this and paid £1000 for it, plus £70 to recover it home..
So I got it home and had it sitting there, but things haven't gone anywhere to plan.. The reason is genuine that I need to sell it on is because I don't have the kind of money to restore this as much as it needs..
I'm being honest, it does need welding underneath, the chassis rail is rotten on one side, I think both sills need work and where the arb bolts to needs attention..
That's as what I know of, but everywhere else looks fairly solid, engine bay is solid..
Engine turns over but I haven't fired it up because the oil is thick and will need replacing before it runs (I don't want to risk seizing it.) but I know it will run...
Tyres, 3 stay up and one won't stay up at all.. Wheels are in good condition all caps are there.
Panels look good and straight but one door needs work as it has a huge rust spot, bonnet needs work also.
Interior needs a drivers seat and the dash is cracked, the ignition barrel is knackered as it's drilled out to move the car as the key didn't work. Easy fix..
All items appear to work as should and it has bronze tinted windows..
It will need tailoring away, and paid in cash on collection.
