Hey guys. I'm looking for some assistance to identify this "Made in W. Germany" door mirror please. As fitted to circa 1985-89 Aston Martin V8 but AM are certain to have borrowed it from something else, possibly Porsche. If you search for Porsche 928 door mirror it shows the same motor and switch but not housing. AM used die cast body but I have also seen a plastic body and would be happy with either. The mechanism uses just one motor but with a solenoid and gear box to change from X axis to Y axis. Thank you in advance. Ferg.
