Thanks chap, it's never going back stock that's for sure. If anything I'm going to make it more custom. Missed out on this beauty. Spares or repairs. Such a shame. Seems the guy I bought mine off had his hand on it at some point. You must of lost out to my mate then because he's just bought it. Actually plans to pull the engine & either replace it or rebuild it. I just think he'll give up after awhile Its about 10mins from me.

I spoke to the guy who had both of them as In pic above. He said it had coilovers on it & pretty much standard other than that & the mega rims, mechanically anyway!! If he gives up or breaks it give me a shout. Where is 10 mins from you?

So I pulled off the bumper, tatty bumper support & the fmic core. First thing was to cut off the spotlight brackets as I'm binning them & meshing the holes. I then cleaned it down, primered & painted it satin black. I then used a piece of door trim to run along the top. I then cleaned & painted the fmic. At the moment it looks a bit pony until I mesh behind the grill & the 2 side vents.

Thanks for the positive feedback it's much appreciated. I spent all day today cutting up the passenger seat frame & making up a base for the bride seat. I'll hopefully have it all finished in a few days, then onto the drivers side.

Love the lack of white in the interior - and really love what you did with the wire mesh - I really want to get my hands on that mini-crt - They don't tend to break, and I can source you a 6 inch diagonal b&w replacement if you need.

I cut all the brackets off the original seat runners & measured up & cut some flat steel & box section. I then welded all the brackets together & fitted the seat. I still need to remove it to paint it but really happy with the position of the seat. I'm really pleased how well the seats match the oem back seat.
