Hello all Does anyone know if the early xr2i shafts will fit in si or rs turbo Hubs etc. As I have the bc box mounted on a xr3i mfi engine rammed in my mk3 1.1 fiesta I'm struggling) to find the early hubs. I believe that the hubs are the same and just the flanges are different as the bearings are listed the same parts for my 1.1 and xr2i. Any ideas or help will be brilliant.

I think the RS Turbos have used a different number of splines.
If it were me I'd get data on the driveshafts themselves.

The Fiesta RS Turbo definitely uses the same driveshafts, it’s the same gearbox/hubs. Don’t understand why you need anything XR3i, the BC gearbox bolts straight to the XR3i engine and your 1.1 running gear should go straight on.

I was thinking brakes. I will need more stop and I don't think I can get vented disc or better brakes with my hubs? Or could I just change the calipers and carriers? Sorry just stuck with this at mo

I wouldn’t use the XR3i brakes personally. What wheels are you running? If 15” I think you can bolt Fiesta ST150 discs and calipers on... I know you can use Sierra Cosworth parts: www.fiestaturbo.com/tech/brake-upgrades/
