See there lies the problem, the more people post lists the more cars I need to add! The Toyota 2000GT, 288GTO (the only ferrari /i'd have) and Ford RS200 would definitely be in my stable too.

I wouldn’t want 20 cars either to be honest and I’d want stuff that I could use:
My keeper list:
1st gen Camaro and, as I’ve won big, it may as well have an LS and all the twiddly bits underneath 64 Impala on air ride An El Camino on a similar theme to the Camaro A Triumph Bonneville An XF sportbrake An X308 XJR A Merc SL for her indoors A LR Defender also for her indoors An 80s 911 for elder child A Focus RS for younger child to scare his mother ****less when he passes his test A fairly traditional 3-window 32 Ford A RWD Ford, maybe a MK1 Cortina with a screaming 4-pot
I’d also work my way through these one at a time (and would lose money on every one I expect): F-type DB5 DB6 F40 288GTO Miura SV Daytona E-Type Boss 429 Mustang 427 4-speed I’d have to have a Trans Am at some point (childhood dream) Audi Quattro Cobra 300SEL 6.3 Citroen SM Jensen Interceptor Dolly Sprint Olds Toronado RS200 6R4

Ooer - I'll play. Maybe my bitcoin will get me near to this one day! Obvs. would need a sweet garage with lift, tools, lathe, sandblast booth, welders etc. 1) AW11 MR2. With v6 conversion and rear spoiler delete 2) Electric converted Audi A2 for errands. Innards from a tesla or similar 3) Do up my SF5 Foz properly - with a new drivetrain from a Tribeca or bigger suby. 4) Fiat Panda Mk1 - Abarth bits 5) BMW 2002 touring with M3 swap 6) Walkthrough Van. Because Daihatsu. 7) Fully specced Syncro Westy. With Subaru boxer swap. 8) Audi 80 B1 2 door; RWD conversion 9) Cuore / Miragino for the fun twisties. YRV turbo / 4x4 drivetrain 10) X1/9 Widebody for racing with the AW11

That will fill my garage nicely. Better have a new Town and Country for My wife as well, I guess.

I'm pretty content with the rust that I've got, though none of it's flash, it suits me. If I have to chose some tin on which to blow the winning wad, one of the small ones at the front would do, could just about squeeze that in between the Sintra and the Tigra :

Personally, I can't see the point of having 20 cars, unless you are starting a museum :-) Huge garage with all the tools imaginable to play with. Then get on with building the Elan properly with no expense spared. MUCH more fun than looking at a row of flash cars which isn't my scene really. I would buy a decent racecar transporter/motorhome. For day to day driving, probably a Koenigsegg Agera R, mainly because I like his attitude towards car manufacturing. However, I won't be doing much driving as I will be ensconced in my man cave playing with my Elan :-) Pay off all my friends mortgages. I can see your point wit this. We occasionally see on forums like this, some blokes collection of exotica and they're usually lots of very similar cars- i.e. all Corvettes, Porsche 911s and so on. My answer to this question would be 1 fun daily driver, that you can take anywhere and not worry about parking or hassle from the brain dead section of the community, and 1 special car. The daily would probably be an Austin Mini, mildly hopped up but looking basically stock externally. My "special" car would be a future-proofed traditional style custom car. Something like- But with all the running gear from a Tesla.

Personally, I can't see the point of having 20 cars, unless you are starting a museum :-) Old cars can sometimes be unreliable, so always good to have a back up.........that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it! My list changes by the hour, so I expect it'll be what's available when the money is burning my hand!

£¾ Billion you say? I'd go mad! I used to work for a fella who had a nice house, with a fifty car garage underneath! So i'd start with that! Incase you think thats a bit excessive he had a 500 car garage on the ouskirts of London! I kid you not! But I think i'd just stick with the fifty car garage/workshop under my house! Yes it was multistorey, and all hidden beneath the ground! Then to stock it I would go for stuff you just don't see! 1. Boyd Coddingtons Chezoom, because I've always thought it was just awesome! 2. Then I'd have a replica of Edsel Fords '32 Ford, and while I'm about it... 3. A '57 Edsel. 4. The Beatnik Bandit, because, well, I've always loved Ed Roths stuff, and this was the best one I think! 5. The Sbarro Monster, because I'd probably live by the beach, and of course that would also mean... 6. A Beach Buggy, a Meyers Manx! 7. I'd need a Unimog too, just so I could park anywhere without any fear of getting clamped or towed away! 8. I'd also want a Commer pick up, but i would want it to be a crew cab. 9. Lancia Stratos. 10. 1973 Buick Riviera. 11. a scruffy old 1936 Auburn 851 Speedster. 12. A Holden Ute. 13. The Batmobile! 14. A Citroën DS. 15. Ford Ranger Super Cab. 16. Moskwitsch Aleko Pick-up. 17. A Moonstone Blue Sierra Cosworth. 18. Renault Avantime. 19. A Valiant Charger. 20. Taunus Knudsen coupe. That would do me... for a while!

I could not possibly win a lottery because I have never entered one, as I do not agree with gambling of any sort.
However when I have earned the means, or should a long lost distant relative I know not of, pass me on a substantial inheritance, after doing many, many other things that would certainly wipe out a billion or two very easily - orphanages, sustainable homeless housing, etc... if there was enough left over to play this game, I would add to my dream list, some of which I have already accumulated...
Already present... Skoda Estelle Skoda Favorit Skoda Favorit estate Skoda Rapid Skoda S110R Cadillac Coupe de Ville Alfa Romeo 164 Cloverleaf BMW M535i Fiat Regata
And the ones I would start searching out... Any late 1920s Skoda / Laurin & Klement sedan Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Iroc Gen3 Toyota Supra TT Nissan Skyline R34 GTR (Nur or V spec) Ferrari 250 (I'm torn between a GTO or a California) BMW E28 Schulz estate Oldsmobile 442 (I may eventually settle for the identical Buick GS430 Coupe) Peugeot 406 V6 (saloon, in white) and a bike. Don't care what, just one cool midsized machine. Possibly a Kawasaki GT550 shaft like my dad had, maybe an R6. Maybe both. And an RGV250.
Maybe...Skoda 1000GT, Alfa Romeo Monza, Toyota Hilux
And a few dozen other cars would probably join them without the need to sell, but that's the priority list.

In no particular order; A bunch of BMC stuff including Minis, assorted ADO16s, and Allegros cos I've always had at least one since I got my licence in 1983 and influenced by serial BMC owning grandparents on both sides. Mk3 Zodiac sedan cos grandfather had one when I was little. Consul 315 sedan cos coolest looking English Ford ever. RX30 Cressida sedan cos coolest looking Toyota ever and my ex got mine. Early '20s Studebaker big six tourer cos grandfather had one when my dad was little. XC Falcon wagon cos I dailied one for three years in the early 2000s and liked it. Early '70s big block F100 for hauling farm stuff and heavy towing duties. Late '50s - early '60s Fairlane or Galaxie wagon for family cruising. Maybe a second generation Thunderbird to keep the wagon company. Whatever oddball thing I see that is cheap and takes my fancy.

My list changes on a daily basis. I think the best thing about having an obscene amount of money is not having to sell each car on to fund the next. I'd like a hot rod. 1932 Ford roadster, early Corvette SBC, Halibrand quick change, black & flames, pretty traditional late '60's hiboy. However a wickedly chopped Model A with a blown Hemi, spindle mounts etc would also be cool. Could I choose between the two? No. So I'd have one of each. Now, some Gassers. Love a Willys coupe, like the Stone Woods and Cook 40/41, but I quite like the Big John Mazmanian "Football" Austin. Then there's the Fuel altereds, the Rally stuff (basically every Group B car), the muscle cars and so on... I think I'd get really greedy, probably drive a different car very day for a month!

Big bhp 22B Big bhp Impreza Type R again A nice spec Saff Cos A nice spec Escos Mk2 & Mk3 Fiesta zetec turbos A few Mk2 Orion’s with different engine conversions I think 1 running Evo running gear 1 running S3 running gear 1 running Cosworth running gear A few Landrovers old & new A nice spec Mk1 Golf turbo’d A V6 Cosworth powered Mk2 Granada R32, R34, R35 Skyline Pulsar GtiR My Orion & A3 I’d just generally mess with a lot of cars I grew up around... New stuff just doesn’t interest me S1/2 RS Turbos Renault 5 GT turbo ( probably 172 turbo powered ) 205/ 309/ 405 Gti/ Mi16 Same here new cars do nothing for me, the top of my list would be a genuine sierra RS500 to use as a daily to show people that they are there to be driven not polished and looked at, I have my fake one which will be driven but that won't have the same impact upsetting folks

I know what you mean there, used to work with a guy who bought a very nice (not concours) RS1600i from an RSOC member, he got banned for daring to use it daily. My dad had a 500, ok it was garages a lot of the time but it was used as much as possible, only reason it lived in the garage was because of Neanderthal vandals stealing badges or keying it.
Anyway
I'd have the above RS500 in white, standard, a 1.6l 3dr Sierra with a hot pinto in, in blue, and a General Lee rep, with a Rota on which gets used through the week. Be white happy with that.

People forget they are just cars, the rs doesnt stand for rarely seen, my mrs loves her s2 escort rs turbo, it's out in all weather's and we use it as a dog car, people's reactions when they see a slobbering, hair shedding German shepherd inside is priceless

I've decided This is an impossible post to answer When I first see it pop up it got me thinking I'm not a modern super car fan so it would naturally be many garages full of classic cars (and bikes)
But what ones? So I started a mental list
1970s 911 rsr Mini clubmam 1275GT Mk2 escort RS200 S type jag Etc etc
And the list kept on going and then as I thought I was ready to post something up I started to read what others had put And that got me thinking again and I just kept adding and adding cars to my list to the point where it's probably easier to list the cars I wouldn't have
So after much thought I'd buy myself a classic car showroom and become a dealer in all things classic/retro And buy and sell cars and bikes That way I would have all the cars I've ever wanted and if there was something I really liked I'd keep it
