Anybody in need of bit of garage space in the S70 3 Barnsley area?
I have a nice new build single garage to rent out to someone who needs winter car storage or tool storage or both etc.... Its not a damp wet horrible old place as you can see on the picture its a modern one which 'breathes'. I had my 24v Vauxhall Senator in there and it was not once misted up over winter so I know that its perfect for the older car to hide away in over winter.
There is access all the time as I'm usually working away and my partner is always in so getting her car moved will never be a problem if you needed to be 'in & out' all day (This goes for early morning/late night car shows etc....) I will ensure that its cleaned and well presented for when you 'move in'. Just drop us a text 10 mins before your due to arrive and we can move our cars out the way for you.
The reason I've got the space is due to me selling my Senator and I never go in there now so will be sitting empty so its ideal for someone to get some use out of it as most cars will be going into hibernation over the winter. I'm quite flexible if you have any special requests, just talk to me, no matter how small or big it maybe. Theres also power and I've got some basic tools and a trolley jack that you can use (handy for taking battery leads off etc.... and saves you bringing your own)
For a little bit of added piece of mind there will always be at least a minimum of one car reversed 'flush' up to the garage door at night, its a good area however you can never be too careful with these things and I'd rather be safe than sorry.
As for rent I'll do it for what seems to be the going rate of £90.00 per month or if you'd like it for a 6 month period I'll do it for a discounted rate of £80.00 per month. I would ask for an £80.00 key deposit which will be returned when you leave.
