This went on ebay and ended Sunday, but I`ve had no contact at all from the buyer, so am guessing I`ve been messed about. As a result, it`s now £3450....I need the space desperately now. No messers please, it`s a great van. If interested, let me know
I've been doing this on and off for 2 years now, intending to keep it. However, finances now dictate it needs to go to finish other projects unfortunately.
It's got 12 months MOT, and after being off the road since 2005, needed practically all brakes and components including lines and hand brake. The 2.0 CU engine has been professionally set up, and runs superbly. Itll have another service and oil change in the next few days. The 4 speed box is also good.....in fact, no doubt the best I've driven in a T25!
So, it's different, and quite in your face! It's had all the paint stripped off, rusted in places then clear coated. All dents, welds and battle scars are left in full glory! It's clearly solid as a rock though, no filler anywhere
! The hole in the roof from the previous roof has been replaced with a custom cut piece of 6mm clear polycarbonate, which was sealed and bolted and is totally water tight.The interior is pretty basic, as I wanted a full width bed, which is a top quality rusty Lee one. Its got a two burner hob, and custom unit fitted with standard front seats.
It's low.....guessing about -100mm. This was done with -30mm Cavalier mk3 read springs, 3 coils chopped off tge feint with shortened shockers all round. It doesn't ride as horrendously as you'd imagine!!
One picture shows a baby moon disc missing.....a new one is on the way! The fuel gauge doesn't work either......its the gauge itself which needs replacing.
The list of new parts is endless....all new genuine window seals, door seals, fuel pipes, Facet electric pump etc etc etc.
All in all, it's a solid T25 with a cracking CU engine. Personally, I love the look, others won't! It certainly gets attention. Come take a look, have a drive etc. I can deliver anywhere for a price too on my trailer.
