(Why is it that the n/s front bumper on these things are always scraped up?!}
Other cars (if I could scan the old photo's to digital, I would but right now, cba):
Ford XR2. Rusty old thing with Pepperpot alloys that I spent lots of money on chasing the metal worm. Very over rated car but fun none the less.
Rover V8 Vitesse. Well, it was actually a 2 point something but we bunged a V8 in it. Didn't change the rear diff so it accelerated well. Great car in a straight line but was best to have my mate driving behind with a bucket at the ready to pick up all the bits that fell off it.
Mini Van. BAP487V - First car.
Mini Pick up in British Racing green, 13" mini lights, Cooper stripes, Metro Turbo leather seats and the 1300 engine from the same car. Christ they're eye wateringly expensive to buy these days.
Mini Clubman 1100s. In sh1t brown colour with sh1t brown interior and sh1t brown tinted windows. Even had a sunroof with tinted glass and you guessed it - a sh1t brown tint.
MIni - Boring mid 80's run of the mill 1000cc. Had drums all round (frightening) and a 1275 engine with twin SU's. . Bought it for the wheels and the engine. Sold the rest of it to all and sundry for loose change.
Fraud Fiesta 1.1 Popular Plus. Never knew what the 'plus' was for. I guess it had glass in all the right holes or maybe, a factory fit stereo - not that it was there when I bought it for £200. Bog standard MK1 Dagenham trolley, with Gold Paint (sort of). Never let me down.
Fraud Fiesta MK4(? - H reg) 1600s. Crackng little 2 door but died of metal worm as many did from that era.
Boring, boring, boring W203 220Cdi. Very economical - even when hammering it but no endearing features. Passed on through the demolition network. Rust in Peace.
