That's pretty much what I think every time I look at mine. Sadly mine doesn't look anywhere near as good as this one does

That is really cool for a modern-ish motor! And only 6k of them built according to Wiki etc. There's 1 currently for sale on Autotrader @ £9.5k! www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202207057476267 My initial thoughts are it looks much better in yellow than it does in grey. Also I'm sure that auto gearbox would rob that 3.2L of any decent power? It does look at bit like the similar era Rav 4 3-door but with more bling on it?

It does look at bit like the similar era Rav 4 3-door but with more bling on it? I've got to agree the yellow looks far better than the grey, and I'm quite tempted to get mine painted yellow too. The 3.5 litre engine is pretty good, and I'm not sure you'll notice any lack of power, it's got more than enough get up an go. I never feel I can't keep up with traffic, not even accelerating away from the lights. Unless of course it's something big, or electric. Size wise it's bigger than a similar era Rav4, think more Isuzu Trooper or Vauxhall Frontera.

^ Nice one, didn't realise anyone on here actually has one!
How have you found parts availability so far? Is it based on a popular Isuzu model?
They do have a real hint of Rav4 and Frontera about them from the A-pillar backwards.
Do you have a build thread of yours anywhere or more info?
Cheers

^ Nice one, didn't realise anyone on here actually has one! It seems pistonpopper hides a few cars from RR like a certain Renner Espace, that Isuzu he only recently discovered he posesses or the latest development on his StreetKA.

Cheers It's pretty much an isuzu trooper, so mechanical parts are easy enough to find. Body parts a little harder, but not impossible. No build thread I'm afraid. ^ Nice one, didn't realise anyone on here actually has one! It's not so much that, it's more about having the time to write about it all

This is a new one on me (thanks Doug de muro) The autech zagato stelvio Az1 Based on a Nissan leopard and built in Italy from parts shipped from Japan.2.6 straight six , auto box and all the mod cons. Less than 100 were built ,87/88 is the best estimate . And the big cowls on the front wings? The mirrors.

liked these since i saw one at the engineering college i went to.. which they somehow had as one of the cars for the mechanic students to work on :I felt kind of sorry for that poor thing. saw a few of them around, always seemed to suffer from the neglect many interesting imports suffered from (and the rust because the importers, and subsequent owners never rust proofed them when they made it over here...)
They share a lot of parts with the starlet and paseo iirc, and Gordon murray cited their doors as being part of the inspiration for the ones on the McLaren f1

A Matra Murena is a new one for me. French, produced 1980-1983 and must get bonus points for being a 3-seater! Anyone on here ever owned one?
