Rare early 1983 Datsun Prairie 1.5GL (the only one left on the road in the UK!) This was the original MPV / people carrier (along with the Mitsubishi Space Wagon). I'm absolutely gutted to have to sell this, it is a brilliant car and by far the most practical vehicle I've ever owned, if I could keep it I would but moving house and a change in circumstances forces sale. Hi, whats the parts situation like? I'm guessing here, regular service parts not a problem, but other items not so. Does it share parts with the Sunny?

Hi, you're right, service parts not a problem at all (and super cheap). Same engine and gearbox as the Sunny and some bits shared with other Nissans so easy to get most parts to be honest. There are a couple being broken on eBay for trim, panels etc (not that it needs any!) |

I used to drive one of these through work in the late 80's, it really was an excellent little car and very capable. I haven't seen one in years.
This example looks very nice!

We had one for years when we lived in Stockport a great little car with a "tardis" like interior.
I'm sure it was still on the road last year
